I am a first-year PhD student in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Washington. I received my undergraduate degree in Statistics and Economics from Macalester College, where I developed a strong interest in large-scale biomedical data analysis, particularly in statistical genetics and machine learning. My current research, under the supervision of Dr. Ting Ye, focuses on developing foundation models for cardiovascular risk prediction using large-scale wearable and electronic health record (EHR) data.
