Hello! I am a first year PhD student in the Biostatistics Department. I am a recent 2020 graduate from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, majoring in Mathematics and Statistics. I am currently working as a Research Assistant within Dr. Joel Kaufman’s MESA Air Lab in the area of environmental and spatial statistics. I am interested in pursuing research in spatial statistics methods as well as machine learning approaches to analyzing spatiotemporal data.
In my free time, I am a voracious reader, and I enjoy painting, hiking, and playing ultimate frisbee (when it is again safe to do so).
