I have over 25 years’ experience in leadership and business management, project management, and communications in a variety of industries including scientific research, education, for-profit professional services and non-profit. I have also worked as an Executive Consultant. I have been with the Genetic Analysis Center (GAC) since 2021 and have provided project management for two large-scale GAC projects, TOPMed and the GREGoR Consortium where I am the project manager for the GREGoR Data Coordinating Center (DCC), working closely with DCC leadership and National Institutes of Health program staff to align the Consortium’s operations and structure with its overall scientific mission. I bring extensive experience in organizational development, strategic planning, change management, consensus building, and working with executive and leadership teams.
