My methods work with Andrea Rotnitzky and Marco Carone is in the area of dynamic treatment regimes. In particular, we wish to estimate a dynamic treatment regime in a setting with a long time horizon while making minimal assumptions on the data-generating process.
Meanwhile, my applied work under Robyn McClelland has focused on two main areas. One area is studying how biomarkers of interest are associated time to event endpoints such as cancer and heart disease. An additional area is in developing equitable risk scores: we developed a race-free MESA risk score under the support of the AHA Data Grant: Debiasing Clinical Care Algorithms.
