BIOST 555 Statistical Methods for Spatial Epidemiology
Motivates the need for, and describes methods for the analysis of spatially indexed epidemiological data. Covers four major topics: clustering and cluster detection, disease mapping, spatial regression, and an introduction to geographical information systems.
