Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations made on or before May 31 will be subject to a $65 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made June 1 to June 28 will be subject to a $200 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be processed after June 28.
  • Cancelling a credit card payment, including changing payment from credit card to invoice or UW budget number, will result in applicable cancellation fees ($65, $200).



UW Summer Institutes reserves the right to cancel any module at any time. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, the Summer Institutes and the Department of Biostatistics will allow registrants to enroll in another module of equal cost, apply the registration fee to a module of greater cost, or request a full refund. The Summer Institutes and the Department of Biostatistics are not responsible for costs or damages of any kind incurred by registrants (including expenses related to lodging, airfare, transportation, and/or any cancellation or change fees).
