On site registration and check-in hours:
On site registration will be opened 7-9am on Monday and Tuesday and 12:15-1:45pm on Monday. Check-in will start at 7am every day and will be available during conference hours.

Conference Fees
Members (WNAR/IMS/ENAR/IBS): $160.00 USD
Non-members: $200.00 USD
Full-time Students (flat rate, late fee does not apply): $50.00 USD
Late registration fee (after May 31): $20.00 USD
(The late registration fee applies to Members and Non-Members only; it does not apply to Students.)

*Student paper competitors who submit their abstract online and their papers to: Dr. Sandra Catlin on or before May 15 receive free registration and banquet tickets. Those students do not need to register for module 1 and 4 in the paid registration website. However, if they want to attend the short course or the new investigator lunch, they still need to register in the registration website.

within last 3 years. Space is limited and advanced registration is required.

Location: University of Washington Club
Regular tickets: $50.00 USD
Student tickets: $25.00 USD


Conference Policies

• Confirmation of your registration will be sent through e-mail.
• Abstract submission ends May 15, 2010.
• Advance registration ends May 31, 2010.
• Late registration and on-site registration is allowed and subject to an additional $20 fee.
• If written notice of cancellation is received by May 31, 2010, total fees paid, less a $20 processing fee, will be refunded.
• Requests for refunds will not be honored after May 31, 2010.
